Privacy Policy: Data We Collect and Data We Never Touch

wildcasino.radio.fm is a static information site run by the Wild Casino Guide Editorial Team. It has no user accounts, no login, no payment form and no comment section, so the amount of personal data it can hold is small. This page lists exactly what that is, why it exists, how long it stays, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

• Consent-gated analytics. Page views, referring page, device class, screen size and approximate country, collected only after you accept the consent prompt. Until you accept, no analytics script loads and no analytics cookie is set. The data is aggregated; we do not build a profile of an individual visitor.
• Contact messages. If you write to editors@wildcasino.radio.fm, or use the form on the contact page (which simply opens your own mail app), we receive the name, email address and text you chose to send. We use them to answer you and to correct the site.
• Server logs. The hosting provider records the IP address, requested URL, timestamp and browser string of each request for security and error diagnosis. We do not combine these with analytics or mail.

What we never touch

We do not ask for, store or see payment details of any kind: no card numbers, wallet addresses, transaction IDs or balances. We hold no identity documents, no proof-of-address files, no selfies and no casino account credentials. If a reader attaches any of these to an email, the attachment is deleted unread. We receive no player data from Wild Casino through affiliate links; the operator only reports that a registration or deposit happened, without a name.

Cookies and how to opt out

The site sets one functional cookie that remembers your answer to the consent prompt, so you are not asked on every page. Analytics cookies are set only if you accepted. To opt out: decline the prompt; or, if you already accepted, clear the site's cookies in your browser and decline when asked again. Blocking cookies entirely does not break any page. The affiliate link passes a page and button identifier to the operator's tracking domain in the URL; that is not a cookie set by this site.

Data leaves this site in three cases only: the analytics provider (after consent), the provider hosting the editorial mailbox, and the hosting and CDN provider serving the pages. We do not sell, rent or share visitor data, and we run no advertising networks.

Your rights and deletion requests

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request to editors@wildcasino.radio.fm from the address you want us to search for; we confirm within three business days and complete deletion within 30 days. Analytics data is aggregated and cannot be tied back to you, so there is nothing to delete there. Requests about your Wild Casino account must go to the operator at help@wildcasino.ag; we cannot act on them.

Changes

If we add a tool that collects more than described here, this page is updated first and the effective date at the top changes. We do not apply new data uses retroactively to information already held.
